What is iDEAL?

You pay via the mobile banking app or the internet banking environment of your own bank. iDEAL is a direct online transfer from your bank account to the bank account of an entrepreneur. PLEASE NOTE: The description of the iDEAL payment always states the name of the company to which you paid. However, you may not recognize the payee's name because the company has outsourced payment collection to a third party. Such a party is also called a Collecting Payment Service Provider (CPSP). The name of the CPSP will therefore appear (first) on your account statement. That makes no difference to you. Your payment will reach the company you want to pay via the CPSP.
